I love Cupcake Royale, they are a wonderful local cupcakery. Seattle is busting with cupcakeries so I can’t really comit myself to just one, but Cupcake Royale is pretty darn good. Especially when they put on events like this one!
I am planning to attend a workshop later this summer. It sounds like so much fun and would be a good opportunity to expanding my preserving skills. Last summer I started with canned peaches and applesauce along with several kinds of jam. This summer I have a HUGE jam project, which I will talk more about later, but hopefully this workshop will give me some good pointers.
